Eyelid surgery work
The eyelid surgery page describes upper blepharoplasty to reduce excess hanging skin, sometimes removing inner-corner fat and subtly suspending the outer eyebrow fat pad. Lower blepharoplasty repositions lower-lid fat into the groove below the eye rather than removing it outright, to avoid a hollowed appearance; Dr. Golger uses either a transconjunctival (invisible, inside-the-lid) incision or a lash-line incision. Combined upper and lower surgery takes about two hours under local anesthesia with mild sedation (eyelid surgery page).
The eyelid surgery before-and-after gallery page shows 8 cases (source).
Other procedures
The Face category also lists brow lift, chin implant, deep plane facelift, facelift, fat grafting, lip lift, neck lift, otoplasty and skin cancer reconstruction. The site also offers body procedures (liposuction, tummy tuck, body lift, mommy makeover), breast procedures (augmentation, lift, reduction, implant revision/removal) and non-surgical treatments (BOTOX, dermal and lip fillers) (source).
Insurance and cost
Recovery, per the eyelid surgery page: bruising and swelling around the eyelids tend to fade over 1 week; fine sutures are removed one week after surgery; most patients take 1 week off work, though some return after 4 days or, if working from home, as early as day 2; final results can take up to six weeks to become fully apparent (eyelid surgery page).
