- Member: American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), California Society of Plastic Surgeons (CSPS), Los Angeles Society of Plastic Surgeons (LASPS).
- The site states he performed surgeries for contestants and winners of "The Biggest Loser" and made appearances on ABC's "Extreme Makeover," and that the show changed its policy of requiring 10+ years of experience to make an exception for him.
Eyelid surgery work
- Blepharoplasty (upper and lower). Excess skin and/or fat removed from the upper and lower eyelids; incisions follow the natural lines and creases of the eyelids, marked before surgery. Upper-lid surgery corrects a droopy, tired look; lower-lid surgery addresses puffy bags and wrinkles. The page states the practice performs hundreds of eyelid surgeries a year, which can be done alone or combined with other facial procedures (source).
- Crow's feet (fine wrinkles at the side of the eyes) may be addressed during facelift surgery or with Botox; lower-eyelid fine wrinkles may be improved with Botox, chemical peels or laser resurfacing (same page).
- Brow lift. Described as correcting drooping brows, improving the aesthetics of the upper eyelids and minimizing forehead and between-the-eyes creases; candidates include those with descended brows, horizontal forehead lines or frown lines (source).
Other procedures
The practice offers facelift, rhinoplasty, neck contouring, ear surgery, breast procedures (augmentation, lift, reduction, revision), body contouring (tummy tuck, liposuction, Brazilian Butt Lift, body lift), and non-surgical treatments (Botox, injectables, lip augmentation) (andreaboolian.com).
Insurance and cost
The practice's page states that if upper-eyelid sagging is the cause of visual impairment, the procedure "may be covered under some health insurance policies." No price figures for eyelid surgery are published.
