Eyelid surgery work
The eyelid page (source) describes these approaches:
- Upper blepharoplasty. The incision sits in the natural upper eyelid crease; excess skin and bulging fat are removed; hidden subcuticular stitches are taken out in 3 to 5 days.
- Transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty. The incision is inside the eyelid, with no sutures to remove and no external scar. The page calls it the most common lower eyelid approach she performs, and states it is combined with CO2 laser resurfacing to tighten loose skin.
- Pinch blepharoplasty. A small ellipse of lower lid skin is removed without entering fat or muscle, for modest tightening. It can be combined with transconjunctival fat removal.
- Standard lower blepharoplasty. A subciliary incision under the lash line, with skin and muscle raised as a flap to remove fat and excess tissue.
- Combined upper and lower blepharoplasty at one sitting.
Surgery time is 45 minutes to 2 hours. Eyelids are marked with the patient sitting upright before surgery. The page describes different skin and fat removal for male and female upper lids. Most procedures use local anesthesia, with IV sedation as an option and general anesthesia reserved for special situations. The FAQ states blepharoplasty can be repeated over decades.
Brow lift. The brow lift page (source) describes the endoscopic, coronal, direct ("gull wing"), gliding and lateral brow lifts. Endoscopic surgery takes about 90 minutes, and sutures are removed at 10 days.
Galleries: the eyelid gallery shows 11 cases, including upper lid skin and medial fat removal combined with transconjunctival lower lid fat removal (gallery eyelid-lift). The brow lift gallery shows 4 cases (gallery brow-lift).

The site lists facelift, mini facelift, neck lift, jowl lift, nose sculpting, ear reshaping, lip lift, chin and cheek implants, facial fat transfer, scar revision and skin cancer surgery. It also lists injectables, lasers, RF microneedling and hair and eyebrow transplant (source).
