Eyelid surgery work
- Blepharoplasty. Upper lid incisions sit in the supratarsal crease. Excess skin is removed, along with a small amount of fat from the inner corner. Surgery takes about 1 to 2 hours in the office under local anesthesia or in the operating room with sedation (blepharoplasty).
- Lower blepharoplasty. The page describes a fat transposition technique: lower lid fat is preserved and moved into the tear trough to avoid a hollow look. Lower lid approaches on the same page are transconjunctival, skin pinch and skin-muscle flap. Canthopexy or brow lift may be added when lids are loose or brows have descended.
- The practice's page states Dr. Stong performs each blepharoplasty himself (source).
- Mini blepharoplasty. For mild to moderate upper lid hooding, through a crease incision (source).
- Asian eyelid surgery. Incisional and non-incisional (suture) double eyelid techniques (source).
- Male eyelid surgery has its own page (source).
- Eyelid reconstruction. The oculoplastic page lists eyelid trauma, complications from previous procedures, cancer defects and age-related drooping (source).
- Brow lift. Endoscopic, temporal (lateral), coronal and direct or mid-forehead techniques (source).
Galleries:
- Eyelid: about 33 captioned cases, including upper, lower and fat transposition blepharoplasty, mini upper blepharoplasty and revision eyelid cases; many are combined with facelift (source).
- Brow lift: 6 cases, endoscopic and temporal (source).

Insurance and cost
- Eye bag treatments are "generally considered cosmetic and not covered by insurance"; financing is offered for qualified patients (source, source).
- The site publishes no eyelid surgery prices.
Recovery
- Sutures out: typically 4 to 5 days after surgery (blepharoplasty).
- Back to work: most patients within 5 to 7 days.
- Swelling: resolves gradually; eyes look more rested within 10 to 14 days.
- Double eyelid surgery: swelling and bruising peak at 48 hours; work or light activity in 7 to 10 days; results refine for 2 to 3 months (source).
