Eyelid surgery work
Upper eyelid surgery addresses excess skin and fat in the upper lid through incisions hidden in the natural crease, removing or repositioning tissue to open the eyes (source). Lower eyelid surgery removes or repositions fat and tightens skin through a discreet incision either inside the lower eyelid (transconjunctival approach, to avoid a visible scar) or just beneath the lash line, closed with fine sutures (source). The practice offers a combined upper-and-lower eyelid procedure as well.
