Eyelid surgery work
- Upper blepharoplasty. Incision just above the natural eyelid crease; excess skin, muscle and fat addressed; a tiny stitch closes the incision, usually removed after one week; can be done in-office under local anesthesia (blepharoplasty).
- Lower blepharoplasty. Transcutaneous (through the skin) or transconjunctival (inside the lid) incision; the transconjunctival approach avoids ectropion and leaves no external scar (same page).
- Brow lift. Four techniques: endoscopic, temporal (lateral), trichophytic and direct; direct brow lift under local anesthesia in-office, others under sedation in an OR (source).
Other procedures
The practice name, CW Facial Plastic Surgery, reflects a facial-only scope; a facelift gallery is also published on the site (source).
