Eyelid surgery work
- Blepharoplasty. Upper eyelid surgery removes excess skin and may improve vision; lower eyelid surgery treats puffiness and under-eye bags. The eyelid page names Dr. Basu and Dr. Taylor DeBusk, a facial plastic surgeon in the practice, as the eyelid surgeons (source).
- Double eyelid surgery. Dr. Basu removes excess skin or fat from the upper lids and uses a full incision, partial incision or no-incision approach. The no-incision method places sutures beneath the eyelid skin to form the crease (source).
- Eyelid repair. The eye surgery page lists entropion surgery, ectropion surgery, eyelid ptosis surgery, and upper and lower eyelid retraction surgery, plus oculoplastic reconstruction after skin cancer or trauma (source).
- Brow lift. Options are a classic coronal forehead lift, which can also advance a high hairline, a temporal or mini brow lift through two small incisions in the hairline, and an endoscopic brow lift (source).
- Gallery. The eyelid gallery shows five before-and-after cases (source).
- Surgery takes place in the practice's ambulatory surgery center, licensed by the Texas Department of State Health. Candidates for eye procedures must have a BMI of 40 or less.
Other procedures
The site centers on breast surgery, body contouring, mommy makeover and post-weight-loss surgery, and also offers facelift, neck lift, rhinoplasty, chin augmentation, fat micrografting, breast reconstruction and injectables.
