The site does not name her medical or dental school.
Eyelid surgery work
- Blepharoplasty. The surgeon makes an incision along the natural fold of the eyelid, removes excess fat and tissue, trims excess skin and closes with fine sutures. For the lower eyelid, the incision can be placed inside the conjunctiva. Local anesthesia and IV sedation are both offered. The page states that removing hanging upper eyelid skin can improve vision (source).
- The page recommends a facelift, brow lift or cheek lift for crow's feet and forehead wrinkles, and chemical peels, laser resurfacing or microneedling for dark circles.
- Brow lift. Performed under IV sedation or general anesthesia. Incision choice depends on sagging, skin condition and hairline: a trichophytic incision along the hairline, which can also shorten a large forehead, or a less invasive endoscopic brow lift. Brow lift can be done the same day as blepharoplasty (source).
- The Jacksonville office has matching pages (source, source).
The eyelid and brow pages refer to "our surgeons" and name no individual surgeon. The blepharoplasty cases in the practice gallery name Dr. Erik Nuveen as surgeon, so this profile lists no eyelid gallery for Dr. Caplin. The site has no page for ptosis repair, double eyelid surgery, canthoplasty or revision eyelid surgery.

Insurance and cost
- The practice does not accept insurance compensation for surgery, "because most cosmetic surgeries are not covered by insurance." It files out-of-network claims only for septoplasty, breast reduction and gender-reaffirming care (source).
