Eyelid surgery work
The practice's blepharoplasty pages describe upper eyelid surgery through an incision in the natural upper lid crease that removes or redistributes fat and excess skin, and lower eyelid surgery through an incision inside the lower lid (fat reduced, grafted or redistributed) or just at/below the lash line (excess sagging skin removed). A separate technique, an incision beyond the outer corner of the eye, can tighten the eye tendons to improve a down-turned appearance (source, source). Eyelid surgery is performed on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia with sedation or general anesthesia.
