Eyelid surgery work
- Upper blepharoplasty. The incision follows the natural eyelid crease. Upper lid surgery alone often needs only local anesthetic, with IV sedation available.
- Lower blepharoplasty. The incision is inside the eyelid or just below the lower lash line; an outside incision is used only when skin needs removal. Lower lid patients receive IV sedation.
- Techniques the page lists: removal of bulging fat, repositioning of lower lid fat or fat grafting into the tear trough, laser resurfacing of the lower lid, and lower lid tightening by canthopexy or canthoplasty.
- The page states eyelid surgery can also treat ptosis that affects vision.
- A typical blepharoplasty is outpatient and takes 45 to 90 minutes. Surgery is done in his accredited office operating room or at Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital.
- Brow lift. Five techniques are described: endoscopic (five small scalp incisions), transpalpebral browpexy through the upper eyelid, direct brow lift above the eyebrow, coronal and trichophytic hairline lift (source).
- Galleries: eyelid surgery case pages (source) and a brow lift case (source).
Other procedures

Insurance and cost
- The pricing page states that procedures improving a medical condition may be covered partially or in full by a health plan, and purely cosmetic procedures are typically paid out-of-pocket. Financing is offered through CareCredit (pricing).
