Eyelid surgery work
- Upper blepharoplasty. Loose skin and soft tissue are removed or tightened through an incision in the natural crease, with tightening of the skin-muscle layer. Often performed under local anesthesia in the Beachwood office (source).
- Lower blepharoplasty. The incision is transconjunctival (inside the lid) or just below the lash line, depending on anatomy. Fat is removed or repositioned and the tear trough softened. Light IV sedation or general anesthesia may be used (source).
- Ptosis repair. Correction of a weakened levator muscle, which may be combined with upper blepharoplasty; the page also refers to congenital ptosis in children.
- The page states Dr. Ponsky "often repositions fat to maintain fullness where it's needed."
- Brow lift. Three approaches: an endoscopic lift through small incisions in the hairline, a hairline (pretrichial) incision, and a coronal lift. Performed under IV sedation or general anesthesia (source).
Gallery: the Eyes & Brow Surgery Results gallery holds about 30 entries, mainly upper eyelid surgery, with upper and lower blepharoplasty, Asian upper eyelid cases, male cases and brow lift combinations (source).

The site also has galleries for rhinoplasty, facelift and neck lift, lip and chin surgery, ear surgery, skin resurfacing and injectables (source).
