Eyelid surgery work
- Upper blepharoplasty. Incision placed in the natural eyelid crease.
- Lower blepharoplasty. Lid skin and muscle tightened and fat pads trimmed; a subconjunctival incision is used when fat removal alone is needed. Techniques are also adapted for patients with epicanthal folds.
- Brow lift. Dr. Gervais's typical approach is a bicoronal incision across the top of the head with hair not shaved; a trichophytic hairline incision is offered for high foreheads or receding hairlines. The page notes he has trained in endoscopic forehead lift procedures.

Gallery: the eyelid surgery before-and-after page shows seven cases (upper only, lower only, combined, and cases paired with facelift or chin implant), with pre- and post-operative photos at intervals from 15 days to 15 months post-op (source).
Other procedures
Practice focus per bio page includes breast surgery, body contouring and facial rejuvenation generally; the site is a two-surgeon practice with Dr. Rachelle Eljazzar.
Insurance and cost
The eyelid/brow page states that if a consultation is for a procedure that may be covered by insurance, the insurance provider is billed for the office visit; it does not say eyelid surgery itself is covered.
Prices published on the same page: upper blepharoplasty alone around $6,600; lower blepharoplasty alone around $7,000; combined upper and lower (4-lid) around $8,700; brow lift alone around $8,500; hairline forehead lift starting at $10,000. All figures stated to include the surgeon's fee, anesthesia, operating room and post-op visits.
Recovery: upper eyelid sutures removed about one week post-op, brow lift sutures around ten days; swelling and bruising generally resolve in about two weeks; daily activities resume within a few days and social activities about two weeks after surgery; no bending or lifting over 5 pounds for two to three weeks.
