Eyelid surgery work

  • Upper blepharoplasty. Incision in the upper eyelid crease; excess skin and muscle removed, fat causing puffiness removed, incision closed with a buried running suture (source).
  • Lower blepharoplasty with orbital fat re-positioning. Fat is repositioned rather than only removed, to soften dark circles without hollowing (same page).
  • Transconjunctival blepharoplasty. A "hidden incision" inside the lower eyelid used when skin tone is good, with fat repositioned into a smooth layer; the site calls this the most common approach to lower-eyelid rejuvenation (same page).
  • Lower eyelid muscle tightening. For lax lower eyelids, an incision beneath the lashline removes excess fat and tightens the muscle layer to re-suspend the eyelid (same page).
  • Trans-blepharoplasty direct brow lift. A newer technique that elevates the outer eyebrow through the same upper-eyelid incision, anchored with a bio-absorbable Endotine device; recovery is described as similar to eyelid surgery alone (same page).
  • Fraxel CO2 laser resurfacing of the periorbital skin is sometimes added, usually after 6 weeks of healing (same page).

Gallery (loaded 200 on 2026-09-30): the eyelid surgery before-and-after gallery shows named-condition cases (e.g., pseudo-herniation of orbital fat, "tired eyes" with brow descent) combining blepharoplasty with brow lift and, in some cases, Fraxel CO2 resurfacing (source).

Other procedures

The practice also offers facelift, neck lift, chin lift, ear surgery, Fraxel, and non-surgical neurotoxins and dermal fillers (source).

Insurance and cost

The practice site has no statements about insurance, Medicare or eyelid-surgery pricing.

Recovery: no heavy lifting or strenuous activity for 1 to 2 weeks; swelling mostly resolves by 1 week with bruising fading after; any Fraxel resurfacing of the eyelid area is usually scheduled 6 or more weeks after surgery (source).
