Eyelid surgery work
The eyelid surgery page describes upper blepharoplasty removing excess eyelid skin, and, for the lower lid, a transconjunctival approach (incision inside the lower eyelid, no stitches) to remove or reposition fat when skin is not lax. Surgery is described as one of the shortest procedures Dr. Mahony performs, typically 1 to 2 hours. Eyelid surgery is often paired with brow lift, facelift, thread lift, dermal fillers or ALMI/fat transfer to address tear-trough hollows (eyelid surgery page).
The eyelid surgery gallery page shows multiple named cases (e.g., Case #12796, #15182, #3235, #10500) with before-and-after photos (source).
Other procedures
The Face category also lists brow lift, otoplasty, earlobe reshaping, facelift, buccal fat removal, facial augmentation, neck contouring/lift, and lip procedures, plus a men's-procedures line (male eyelid surgery, facelift/neck, liposuction, breast reduction). Non-surgical services include Botox, fillers, Kybella, skin resurfacing and PRP-based regenerative treatments (source).
Insurance and cost
Recovery, per the eyelid surgery FAQ: stitches are removed 3-4 days after surgery; patients generally plan to recover at home for about a week; bruising takes about 10-14 days to fade, though most people look presentable after 5 days; an upper eyelid lift's results last a good 8-10 years or longer (eyelid surgery page).
