Eyelid surgery work
- Upper blepharoplasty. Incision hidden in the eyelid crease; fat pads trimmed or repositioned; sutures removed 5-6 days after surgery (upper blepharoplasty).
- Lower blepharoplasty. Transconjunctival incision for fat removal; sub-lash-line incision for skin tightening when needed; canthopexy for pre-existing eyelid laxity; micro-fat transfer to the undereye and cheek included at no extra charge (lower blepharoplasty).
- Ptosis repair. Muller muscle resection (internal, scarless) for mild ptosis, or external levator advancement for more significant drooping; either can be combined with blepharoplasty (ptosis repair).
- Revision blepharoplasty. The page notes "few surgeons take on revision blepharoplasty surgery" due to scarring, reduced blood supply and distorted anatomy (revision blepharoplasty).
- Brow lift. Endoscopic technique, usually combined with upper blepharoplasty (brow lift).
- Canthoplasty and canthopexy. Lower-eyelid support and tightening, often following eyelid tumor excision (canthoplasty and canthopexy).
- Eyelid retraction and revisional surgery. Separate dedicated page (eyelid retraction and revisional surgery).
Galleries, all confirmed live: upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty, upper and lower blepharoplasty, brow lift, ptosis repair, revision surgery.
Other procedures
The site also offers facial fat transfer and a non-surgical line: Botox, dermal fillers, tear-trough filler, laser treatments, microneedling (menu).
Insurance and cost
"If upper eyelids are so droopy that they cover the pupil and interfere with vision, eyelid surgery may be medically necessary and may be covered by health insurance plans... If the procedure is performed to rejuvenate the eyes and eliminate cosmetic sagging, it is treated as cosmetic" (upper blepharoplasty FAQ).
Published prices, per the procedures and pricing page: upper blepharoplasty starting at $10,000; lower blepharoplasty starting at $15,000; ptosis repair starting at $8,000; eyebrow lift starting at $12,000; facial fat transfer starting at $6,000-10,000. The upper blepharoplasty page's own FAQ separately states a starting price of $8,000 (surgical fee only); the two pages disagree.
Recovery: patients return 6 days after upper blepharoplasty for suture removal; driving resumes after 2-3 days, activity after one week, results most visible at 1-2 weeks. Lower blepharoplasty recovery runs 1-3 weeks. Ptosis correction recovery is about 1 week, with swelling and bruising possibly worsening in the first 48-72 hours before improving.
