Eyelid surgery work
The blepharoplasty page describes surgery to reduce droopiness and puffiness of the upper and lower eyelids by removing excess skin and fat (source):
- Droopy upper lids are corrected through an incision in the upper lid crease.
- Lower lid bags are improved through an incision just below the lower lash line.
- Surgery is done under general or "twilight" anesthesia at the ACPS surgical center, which the page describes as licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services.
- For mild eyelid laxity, the page offers laser eyelid rejuvenation to tighten the upper and lower lids.
- Typical candidates are 35 or older, in good health, with healthy skin around the eyes.
The brow lift page describes a "lateral brow lift" done with an endoscope through small incisions along the hairline to reposition the forehead muscles and lift the brows. It is outpatient, under local or general anesthesia, and is often combined with a facelift or eye lift (source).
The eyelid lift gallery shows cases credited to Dr. Newall, including lower blepharoplasty, upper and lower blepharoplasty, and quad blepharoplasty, several combined with facial fat grafting or facelift (source). A separate gallery shows eyelid surgery for men (source).
