Eyelid surgery work
The practice's blepharoplasty page (shared among Dr. Papel, Dr. Kontis, Dr. Quan and Dr. Gengler) states upper eyelid surgery is performed through an incision in the natural eyelid crease, and lower eyelid fat is often addressed through a transconjunctival approach, from inside the lid, avoiding an external incision. Procedures generally take one to two hours (source).

Other procedures
The practice site lists Dr. Papel's other facial procedures as rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty, facelift, brow lift, chin implants, facial implants, facial reconstruction, lip augmentation, liquid facelift, otoplasty, and injectables (Botox, Dysport, fillers) (source).
Insurance and cost
The blepharoplasty page lists a "Cost" field as a click-through link to a form rather than a published figure; no dollar amount or insurance statement is printed. The practice site has no Medicare or insurance-coverage statement for eyelid surgery.
