Eyelid surgery work
The blepharoplasty page covers the practice's surgeons as a group and names no single surgeon for eyelid surgery.
- Upper eyelid surgery. An ellipse of skin, and sometimes excess fat, is removed through an incision in the natural eyelid crease. The page notes that upper lid results are sometimes improved by a forehead lift when the heaviness comes from a low brow.
- Lower eyelid surgery. Treats bags, dark circles and loose skin by removing excess skin, removing or repositioning fat and tightening muscle where needed. Fat grafting can add volume to hollow areas.
- Eyelid surgery can be combined with laser skin resurfacing or BOTOX for fine lines and crow's feet.
