Eyelid surgery work
- Upper blepharoplasty. Removes excess skin, and in select cases a small amount of muscle or fat. For skin removal only, she offers standalone upper blepharoplasty in the office under local anesthesia, with the patient awake. Combined with brow lift, facelift or lower blepharoplasty, it is done in the operating room under anesthesia.
- Lower blepharoplasty. Selective removal, repositioning or augmentation of fat pads to smooth the lid-cheek junction. She commonly uses a transconjunctival incision inside the lower eyelid, adding a conservative skin pinch if needed.
- Fat grafting. In select patients, fat is harvested and processed into micro-fat and nano-fat for the lid-cheek transition.
- Canthopexy. Tightening the outer corner of the eyelid is often performed alongside lower blepharoplasty to maintain lid position.
- Brow lift. She prefers the endoscopic brow lift, using small incisions hidden in the scalp and a camera-assisted approach, over a traditional trichophytic hairline incision (source).
Gallery. The gallery shows cases of in-office upper blepharoplasty, transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer, with and without canthopexy, and endoscopic brow lift with upper blepharoplasty (source).
Other procedures
Facelift, neck lift, rhinoplasty, facial fat transfer, lip lift, chin augmentation, breast and body surgery, injectables, and in-office skin treatments (pricing).
