Eyelid surgery work
The practice's page states (source):
- Procedure length: 1 to 2 hours, under local anesthesia with sedation.
- Upper eyelid. Incision within the natural eyelid crease; fat and excess skin may be removed, muscles may be tightened.
- Lower eyelid, outer ("pinch"). Performed outpatient in-office.
- Lower eyelid, inner procedure. Performed in the operating room; incision made below the lower lash line, with excess fat redistributed or removed and drooping skin/tissue from the cheek area lifted if needed.
- Sutures are removed at a follow-up visit 3-5 days after the procedure.
- Downtime is described as usually minimal, with possible swelling, bruising or discomfort managed with cold compresses, ointment and prescribed medication.
The site has no dedicated eyelid or blepharoplasty before-and-after gallery page; its gallery covers other procedures (tummy tuck, breast augmentation/lift/reduction, liposuction, facial rejuvenation, lip augmentation, thigh lift, body lift, tattoo removal, wrinkle treatments) but not eyelid surgery.
Other procedures
The Face Procedures section also lists brow lift, facial implants, facelift, ear pinning (otoplasty) and fat injection, alongside breast, body and reconstructive procedures.
Insurance and cost
No insurance or Medicare statement specific to eyelid surgery. The general payment/insurance page lists accepted plans (Aetna, AmeriHealth, BCBS of Delaware, Cigna, Coventry, United Healthcare, Workers' Compensation; Medicaid is not accepted) without addressing eyelid surgery specifically, and offers CareCredit, PatientFi and Cherry financing (source). No dollar prices published for eyelid surgery.
