Eyelid surgery work
- The practice page describes blepharoplasty as removing excess fat and skin from the upper or lower lids, for sagging skin, upper lid skin that blocks vision, a lost upper lid crease, or puffy fat pouches.
- Transconjunctival blepharoplasty removes lower lid fat through an incision inside the eyelid. The page also describes fat sparing techniques that reposition rather than remove periorbital fat.
- The page states the practice often recommends a phenol chemical peel of the lower lid 2-3 months after blepharoplasty.
- The procedure pages describe the technique of Dr. S. Randolph Waldman: upper lid incisions along the natural crease, lower lid incisions along the lash line, and most cases under local anesthesia with light intravenous sedation in the practice's AAAASF-accredited office facility.
- Brow lift. The page describes an incision behind the hairline from ear to ear, a mid-forehead hairline incision for a receding hairline, and an endoscopic approach through small incisions (brow lift).
- Gallery. The blepharoplasty gallery credits most cases to Dr. Waldman. Two cases are labeled J. Brad Turner, MD (patient 15, patient 16).
The site has no page for ptosis repair, double eyelid surgery, canthoplasty or revision eyelid surgery.
Other procedures
The practice gallery covers chin augmentation, CO2 laser resurfacing, face and neck lift, neck contouring, otoplasty, rhinoplasty and lip lift, along with breast and body procedures (source).
