- Board certification: the site states he is "a board-certified facial plastic surgeon" and does not name the board.
- Former assistant professor at a hospital ranked by U.S. News; the site does not name the hospital.
- Medical mission work with Operation Smile and in the Dominican Republic.
- The bio states he works only in facial plastic surgery, including reconstruction after trauma, congenital conditions and cancer.
Eyelid surgery work
- Blepharoplasty. Outpatient, under local anesthetic. Upper lid incisions sit in the lid crease. Lower lid incisions are under the lash line, or on the inner side of the lower lid when no skin needs removal. Excess skin and fat are removed and closed with small sutures; patients are at the surgery center one to three hours (source).
- During evaluation he checks whether brow heaviness or ptosis adds to the eyelid concern. The page states ptosis "cannot be corrected with blepharoplasty alone."
- Droopy eyelids (ptosis). The page separates excess skin (dermatochalasis), weak lifting muscles, congenital, neurologic and trauma causes, and pseudoptosis from heavy brow skin. Treatment can raise the brows, remove skin and tighten the lifting muscles. He arranges a visual field test, repeated with the lids taped up (source).
- Brow lift. Outpatient, about 90 minutes, under general anesthesia or IV sedation. Approaches: endoscopic through hairline incisions, coronal incision over the top of the head, or anterior hairline incision for high foreheads (source).
Galleries: the eyelid before-and-after page shows captioned upper and lower blepharoplasty cases, including a 92-year-old man with upper and lower lid hooding (eyelid gallery). A separate brow lift before-and-after page also names Dr. Wallin (brow lift gallery).
Other procedures
The site lists facelift, mini facelift, revision facelift, neck lift, lip lift, facial implants and buccal fat reduction; rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, septoplasty and liquid rhinoplasty; otoplasty and earlobe repair; Mohs reconstruction and scar revision; hair restoration; and Oasis Aesthetics med spa services.
Insurance and cost
The site states nothing about insurance or Medicare coverage for eyelid or ptosis surgery and publishes no prices. It has a financing page (financing).

- Care: head elevation and gauze soaked in ice water; a driver and 24 hours of care at home.
- Dry eyes: possible for a few weeks, treated with artificial tears.
