Training and board certification
The site's about-us/physicians page gives a short statement for each of its three surgeons rather than a full CV. For Dr. Rouch it states (source):
- Credential printed as "Joshua D. Rouch, M.D., F.A.C.S."
- Board certified surgeon, American Board of Plastic Surgery, per his own statement on the page.
- Practices both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, describing an approach of "comprehensive care...physically, mentally and emotionally."
No medical school, residency, fellowship or academic appointment is listed on the site for Dr. Rouch.
Eyelid surgery work
The practice's page is shared practice content (not attributed to a specific surgeon) and describes blepharoplasty generally: removing excess skin, muscle and fat from the upper and/or lower eyelids to address sagging eyebrows, drooping upper lids, under-eye bags and impaired peripheral vision (source). It lists candidacy indicators (baggy or puffy upper eyelids, excess skin obscuring the upper lid fold, drooping lower eyelids, under-eye hollows) but does not name a specific surgical technique such as a transconjunctival incision.
Recovery, as stated on the page: tasks of daily living may resume immediately; return to non-strenuous work (no lifting over 10 lbs) in 5 to 7 days; avoid strong pushing, pulling or repetitive upper-body movements for 3 weeks.
Other procedures
The practice's Face section also lists facelift/neck lift, brow lift, rhinoplasty, injectables and fillers, and PRP and Plasma Pen treatments, alongside breast and body procedures (source navigation).
Insurance and cost
No insurance or price statement for eyelid surgery found on the practice's own pages. (A patient review on the practice's page mentions insurance covering a procedure for medical necessity, but this is a patient's statement, not the practice's own claim, and is not recorded as a fact.)
