Eyelid surgery work
Procedure text on the practice's eyelid-surgery and brow-lift pages describes the practice's service generally rather than Dr. Waldorf individually, as the practice has three surgeons.
- Blepharoplasty. Excess skin and fat removed from the upper and/or lower eyelids, with tightening of underlying muscle and tissue; incisions placed in the natural eyelid lines to hide scarring. Surgery takes one to two hours, performed as outpatient surgery (source).
- An eye doctor can evaluate visual fields to determine if eyelid skin removal is medically necessary for cases of upper-lid hooding that interfere with vision (same page).
- Brow lift. Most commonly performed as an endoscopic brow lift (small incisions behind the hairline with camera visualization); a traditional long-incision technique is used for certain patients. Surgery takes one to two hours under general anesthesia (source).
- Blepharoplasty (Face/Blepharoplasty).
- Brow lift (Face/Brow-Lift).
Other procedures
Facelift, rhinoplasty, ear surgery/otoplasty, fat grafting, cheek augmentation, chin implants/augmentation; breast augmentation, lift, reduction and reconstruction; body contouring, tummy tuck, liposuction, mommy makeover, arm lift; cleft lip and palate and skin cancer reconstructive surgery; gender affirmation surgery; non-surgical injectables and laser/skin-tightening treatments (waldorfcenter.com, site navigation).
