Eyelid surgery work
- Upper blepharoplasty. Incisions sit in the natural upper eyelid crease; excess skin and a measured amount of fat are removed. The page states aggressive fat removal can create a skeletal look. Upper eyelid surgery uses local anesthetic with sedation (source).
- Lower blepharoplasty. Incisions are placed inside the lower lid (transconjunctival) or just below the lash line. Fat is removed or repositioned to treat under-eye bags, and tear trough filler can be added. Lower eyelid surgery uses conscious sedation or general anesthesia.
- Surgery takes 1 to 2 hours. The page also covers upper eyelid surgery when sagging skin blocks peripheral vision.
- Eyelid surgery is often combined with brow lift, facelift, fat grafting, laser resurfacing or fillers.
- Brow lift. Dr. Ladner most often performs a Deep Plane Endoscopic Brow Lift, with small incisions at the fronto-temporal hairline to keep the hairline in place (source).
Galleries (both state they show results from Dr. Keith Ladner):
- Eyelid surgery: upper and lower blepharoplasty cases, some combined with neck lift (source).
- Brow lift: endoscopic and temporal brow lift cases (source).
The site has no page for ptosis repair, double eyelid surgery, canthoplasty or revision eyelid surgery.

The site lists deep plane facelift and neck lift, rhinoplasty, ear surgery, lip lift, chin augmentation, neck tightening, submental liposuction, facial fat transfer and buccal fat removal, plus neurotoxins, fillers, laser resurfacing and skin care.
