Eyelid surgery work
- Blepharoplasty. The main eyelid page describes removing redundant skin around the eyes, extracting or resculpting excess fat, and tightening the remaining tissue. It names functional goals (lifting droopy upper eyelids that block vision) as well as cosmetic ones. Incisions sit in the natural eyelid creases or just below the lash line.
- Lower blepharoplasty. The lower lid page describes a transconjunctival (inside the eyelid) or subciliary (below the lash line) incision. Fat pads are removed or repositioned, excess skin is trimmed and muscle may be tightened. Fat transfer or fillers can smooth the lid-cheek junction. The procedure is done under local or light general anesthesia, and patients go home the same day.
- Quad blepharoplasty. The quad page combines upper and lower blepharoplasty in one session under local anesthesia with sedation or general anesthesia. Upper incisions sit in the natural creases.
- Tear trough augmentation with fat transfer adds volume below the eyes; fillers are an alternative.
- Brow lift. The brow lift page describes incisions concealed along the hairline, with the forehead soft tissues released and redraped to raise the brow line.
Galleries: blepharoplasty, brow lift and blepharoplasty for men, each with before-and-after patient cases.

Recovery
- Bruising and swelling: mild in the first few days, typically resolving within one to two weeks (lower blepharoplasty).
- Back to work: most patients return to work and social activities within 7 to 10 days.
- Exercise: strenuous exercise avoided for two weeks.
- Quad blepharoplasty: swelling and bruising improve within 7 to 10 days; return to work in under two weeks; light eye makeup after about two weeks; results typically last 10 to 15 years (quad blepharoplasty).
- The site describes a non-narcotic Accelerated Recovery Program meant to reduce swelling and bruising (recovery protocol).
