Eyelid surgery work
- Upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Hidden crease incision, done under local anesthesia in his in-office AAAHC-accredited surgical suite; most patients are back to work within a week (source).
- Lower eyelid blepharoplasty. The site states the practice uses transconjunctival (inside-the-lid) incisions "whenever possible" so there is no visible external scar, combined with fat transfer to the tear trough/midface and laser skin resurfacing of the lower lid as appropriate (blepharoplasty).
- Brow lift. The site states Dr. Nayak generally prefers the endoscopic or mini-brow lift, using small, hidden 1cm incisions that allow independent control of each brow section (temporal lift, central lift, rotation); traditional brow lift is reserved for special circumstances such as a very high forehead (source, pricing).
Galleries (loaded 200 on 2026-09-30): the blepharoplasty gallery lists 31 individual patient cases; the brow lift gallery lists 14 (blepharoplasty gallery, brow lift gallery).
Other procedures
The practice (Dr. Nayak and co-surgeon Dr. Milind Kachare) also offers facelift, deep neck lift, rhinoplasty, chin implant, fat transfer, buccal fat removal, lip lift, ear surgery, body contouring, and breast surgery, plus non-surgical treatments through Avani Derm Spa (source).
Insurance and cost
The practice site has no statements about insurance or Medicare coverage for eyelid surgery. Dr. Nayak's own pricing page lists lower eyelid blepharoplasty and upper eyelid blepharoplasty each at $30,000 as an "add on procedure only" (with another procedure), and brow lift at $50,000 ($65,000 with hairline lowering), also add-on only; the page states a stand-alone eyelid or brow option is available through Dr. Kachare instead (pricing).
Recovery: upper eyelid sutures are removed on day 4 or 5; most patients can wear makeup and return to errands/work by day 7, and are "undetectable" by 2-3 weeks; results can last well over 10 years (source). For brow lift, the site suggests 10 days off work, with 5-7 more days for the most visible swelling/bruising to fade; mini-brow lift patients can often return after a long weekend (source).
