Eyelid surgery work
- Blepharoplasty. The eyelid page describes removing excess skin and muscle around the eyes through incisions in the natural creases of the eyelids. It describes candidates with drooping or baggy eyelids, including people in their 20s, and notes patients often combine it with a facelift or rhinoplasty (source).
- FAQ. Upper and lower eyelids together take about one hour, and one pair of lids about half that. Most patients have local anesthesia with light sedation; combining procedures may call for general anesthesia. Surgery is outpatient, and a driver is required. The upper eyelid operation removes excess skin and fat, tightens sagging muscle and closes the incisions with stitches (source).
- Lower lid fat. A 2018 practice article describes choosing the incision by fat location. A transcutaneous approach treats fat near the lower lid surface, often with skin removal at the outer lid. A transconjunctival approach reaches deeper fat pockets through tissue under the lower lid (article).
- Gallery. The eyelid gallery shows four patients in before-and-after photo pairs, labeled by patient number (source). The eyelid page states additional pre- and post-operative photos are shown at consultation.
Other procedures
The facial treatments section lists facelift, rhinoplasty and fat transfer for facial rejuvenation alongside eyelid surgery. The site has no brow lift page. It also offers breast and body procedures, BOTOX, fillers, laser treatments and scar reduction (source).
