Eyelid surgery work
- Upper blepharoplasty. Incision at the natural fold between the upper lid and the eyebrow, to remove excess skin and address drooping lids (source).
- Lower blepharoplasty. Transcutaneous incision above the lash line, or transconjunctival incision inside the eyelid, to remove or reposition fat and tighten skin.
- Temporal (lateral) brow lift. Two small incisions in the temporal hairline; often paired with upper blepharoplasty, placing its incision in the natural supra-tarsal crease. Direct, endoscopic and coronal brow-lift options also offered (source).
Other procedures
The site also lists facelift, deep-plane facelift, neck lift, rhinoplasty, lip lift, otoplasty, scar revision, buccal fat pad excision, submental/jawline liposuction, earlobe reduction and a med-spa menu (Botox, fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, FaceTite, laser treatments, microneedling).
Recovery
- Most patients resume normal activities within one to two weeks after blepharoplasty.
- Upper-lid results last five to seven years; lower-lid results are typically permanent.
- Mild post-operative swelling and bruising fade with ice-pack application; glasses may be worn immediately, contact lenses only once cleared by Dr. Pennington.
- The practice's broader recovery protocol includes peptide/amino-acid supplements, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and IV vitamin infusions.
