Eyelid surgery work
- Upper blepharoplasty. Incision placed in the natural upper-lid crease; skin resection is reduced for patients with pre-existing dry eye. Brow lift (direct, medial, temporal, coronal or endoscopic) may be performed at the same time.
- Transconjunctival blepharoplasty. Incision on the inside of the eyelid, most commonly used for puffy eyes with fat excess but no skin excess.
- Transcutaneous lower blepharoplasty. Incision just under the lashes, used for cheek lift, tear-trough fat grafting, skin removal or lateral canthal anchoring.
- Canthopexy / canthoplasty. Lateral canthal anchoring to correct lower eyelid laxity from advanced aging.
- Ptosis repair. Repair of the levator aponeurosis, often combined with upper blepharoplasty; the site distinguishes congenital, neurogenic, myogenic and mechanical ptosis.
- Revisional blepharoplasty. Used for eyelid malposition (ectropion) or to correct asymmetry or complications from prior surgery or trauma, sometimes combined with a cheek lift.

Insurance and cost
The eyelid surgery page states: "if the drooping eyelids have interfered with vision, the surgery may be covered by insurance." Separately, the practice's consultation request form states the practice does not accept insurance directly. No specific price or price range for eyelid surgery is published; the site says cost is quoted during consultation.
