Eyelid surgery work
From the blepharoplasty page, which names Dr. Bryant as the surgeon:
- Upper blepharoplasty. Removes excess skin and fat and repositions muscle and fat as needed; the incision sits in the eye crease. It can be combined with lower eyelid surgery or brow lift.
- Pinch lower blepharoplasty. Removes excess lower lid skin without touching the fat or muscle beneath.
- Transconjunctival blepharoplasty. An incision inside the lower lid gives access to fat, muscle and the upper cheek; fat is re-contoured or reduced with no external incision. The page lists it for minimal skin excess and reconstructive cases.
- Skin-muscle release with fat repositioning. Releases skin and muscle from the cheek and sculpts the fat pads to treat bags and hollows; temporary dissolving sutures may support healing.
- Fat transposition. Lower lid fat is moved into the tear trough hollows rather than removed.
- AccuTite. Radiofrequency tightening of the upper lid, lower lid and brows without incisions; the page states the practice was the first in Tennessee to offer it.
Brow lift. Techniques listed: endoscopic brow lift through small incisions in the hair, direct or indirect lateral temporal lift, and incisionless AccuTite; local, general or IV sedation (brow lift).
Galleries: blepharoplasty cases (eyelid gallery) and brow lift cases (brow gallery).
Other procedures
Deep plane facelift, rhinoplasty, neck procedures, injectables and skin treatments. A plastic surgeon, Kyle S. Gabrick, MD, also practices at Refine; his page cites training in cosmetic surgery of the body and face (Dr. Gabrick).
