Eyelid surgery work
- Upper blepharoplasty. Incision in the natural upper-lid crease, excess skin and fat removed, outpatient under local anesthesia with mild sedation; same-day discharge. (source)
- Lower blepharoplasty. Transconjunctival incision (no visible scar) with fat repositioning into the tear trough, or conservative skin excision below the lash line; a chemical peel can be added for texture. (source)
- Ptosis repair. "Scarless" incision on the inside of the upper eyelid, or a standard crease incision with muscle tightening. (source)
- Asian eyelid surgery. Creates an upper-eyelid crease; the page states the goal is to enhance natural features, not "Westernize" the eyelid. (source)
- Male blepharoplasty and revision eyelid surgery pages are also on the site; revision surgery takes one to two hours and can be minor or extensive. (source, source)
Galleries: a main eyelid surgery gallery, plus sub-galleries for upper eyelid lift and droopy eyelid (ptosis) surgery. (source)
Other procedures
The site also offers a brow lift. (source)
Insurance and cost
Recovery: most patients take about a week off work after upper eyelid lift, with swelling taking several weeks to a couple of months to fully resolve. After lower eyelid lift, sunglasses are often worn 2-3 weeks to conceal bruising, heavy lifting and exercise are avoided for 2 weeks, and full results appear over several weeks to months.
