Eyelid surgery work
- Eyelid lift (blepharoplasty). Incision made in the upper-lid crease; excess skin, fat and muscle removed. May be combined with a brow lift (source).
- Brow lift. Two approaches: a coronal brow lift (incision across the scalp away from the hairline, eyebrows raised, excess skin removed, muscles released) and a hairline brow lift (incision along the hairline-forehead border, reducing forehead height) (browlift).
Other procedures
The site also lists facelift, rhinoplasty (closed, open, male), otoplasty, chin implant, abdominoplasty, liposuction, mommy makeover and breast procedures.
Insurance and cost
No insurance or pricing statements appear on the eyelid-lift or brow-lift pages; the eyelid page directs patients to contact the office or a separate pricing page.
Recovery
- Eyelid-surgery sutures removed four to seven days after surgery.
- Eyelid-surgery swelling and bruising last about ten days; final results visible within ten to fourteen days.
- Brow-lift patients go home the same day; hair washing permitted by day two; sutures removed and regular activity resumed one to two weeks after surgery. Long-lasting numbness behind the incision may persist.
