Eyelid surgery work
- Upper blepharoplasty. Incision placed along the lid crease to excise loose skin and fatty tissue; typically performed under local anesthesia with or without sedation; the site calls it generally less invasive than lower blepharoplasty.
- Lower blepharoplasty. Incision made along the lash line to remove tissue and fat, skin subtly lifted for a flatter look; a nonsurgical laser procedure or fillers may be added for discoloration or smoothness.
- Transconjunctival fat removal. A separate procedure photo caption on his bio page describes "lower eyelid fat bag removal surgery... performed without making an external eyelid [incision]" (source).
- Brow lift is offered as a related procedure (source).
Other procedures
The practice also offers body procedures (liposuction, tummy tuck, mommy makeover, Brazilian butt lift), breast procedures (augmentation, lift, reduction, reconstruction, gynecomastia), other face procedures (facelift, chin augmentation, ear surgery, neck lift, rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, facial fat grafting), dermatology procedures and nonsurgical/injectable treatments, per the site's procedure menu.
Insurance and cost
The practice's page states: "When hanging skin is affecting your sight, your insurance might cover some of your blepharoplasty"; a team member can help obtain claim paperwork, and the patient will generally need a letter from an ophthalmologist or optometrist stating blepharoplasty is medically necessary to restore vision. No dollar price for eyelid surgery is published; cost estimates are given at the initial consultation.
