Eyelid surgery work
- Blepharoplasty. The face procedures page describes eyelid surgery to remove or reposition unwanted fat and sagging skin around the eyes. In some cases it can improve vision.
- Dr. Malczewski uses the transconjunctival approach, which places the incision inside the eyelid with no external scar.
- During blepharoplasty, fat from the lids can be removed or repositioned to fill hollow areas around the eyes, and the eyelids can be tightened and repositioned.
- The procedure can be performed with local anesthesia, sedation or general anesthesia.
- Brow lift. The same page describes an endoscopic, minimal-incision forehead lift using a small camera and instruments through hairline scalp incisions to elevate the brows and forehead. It is performed under general anesthesia or deep sedation and takes about one and a half hours.
- Gallery. The eyelid surgery gallery shows two before-and-after pairs, including an upper blepharoplasty case.
- The site has no separate pages for upper or lower blepharoplasty, ptosis repair or revision eyelid surgery.
Other procedures
The site lists facelift (classic, short scar, endoscopic and minimal incision), neck lift and otoplasty. It also offers breast augmentation and lift, tummy tuck, liposuction, arm lift and post-bariatric surgery, plus Botox, fillers, Kybella, peels and laser skin treatments (source).
Insurance and cost
- The site publishes no eyelid or brow prices and makes no statement on insurance or Medicare coverage.
- The about page states the practice arranges transportation to and from the surgery center. Fees are discussed at the consultation (consultation).
