Eyelid surgery work
- Eyelid surgery. Dr. Pickart begins with a very fine incision along the natural lines and creases of the eyelids, then shapes the lids by removing excess fat and skin. The page names droopiness, under-eye bags, puffy eyes and vision problems from the same causes as reasons for surgery (eyelid surgery).
- Eye bag removal. The gallery page describes it as blepharoplasty of the lower eyelid for under-eye bags, loose skin and sagging lower lid support (eye bag removal gallery).
- Brow lift. Two types are offered. In the endoscopic brow lift, incisions are made at the hairline and the tissue and muscle under the skin are repositioned, altered or removed. The coronal brow lift uses an ear-to-ear incision, removes excess scalp skin, gives a larger change and has a longer recovery (brow lift).

- Eyelid surgery: 3 before-and-after cases (source).
- Upper and lower blepharoplasty: 2 cases (source).
- Eye bag removal surgery: 1 case (source).
The brow lift gallery page shows no photos yet. The site has no separate page for ptosis repair, double eyelid surgery, canthoplasty or revision eyelid surgery.
Other procedures
The practice lists facelift, mini facelift, neck lift, chin and cheek implants, breast augmentation, lift, reduction and reconstruction, male breast reduction, tummy tuck, liposuction, body lifts, post-bariatric surgery, CO2 laser skin resurfacing, Botox, Dysport and dermal fillers (source).
Insurance and cost
The eyelid and brow lift pages state no prices and say nothing about insurance or Medicare coverage. Both cost sections state the practice works with CareCredit for financing, with pre-approval within a few hours (financing).
Recovery
The eyelid page states no recovery times. The brow lift page states patients typically feel soreness after surgery, are prescribed oral pain medication and should attend all follow-up visits; recovery is usually longer after a coronal lift (brow lift).
