Eyelid surgery work
Dr. Kachare's pricing page describes his eyelid and brow procedures (source):
- Upper blepharoplasty. Removes excess skin through incisions hidden in the natural eyelid crease. It can be done fully awake under local anesthesia, with mild oral sedation, or under IV sedation.
- Lower blepharoplasty. Treats puffiness, under-eye bags and loose skin, often combining fat repositioning with skin tightening; performed under IV sedation.
- Brow lift. Uses the minimal incision technique developed by Dr. Nayak, with hidden 1 cm incisions to adjust each section of the brow. It can create a temporal lift, central lift or brow rotation, and can be combined with hairline lowering.
- CO2 laser resurfacing. Offered only as an add-on to surgery.
The practice eyelid pages describe Dr. Nayak's approach: transconjunctival incisions inside the lower lid when possible, removal of excess lower lid fat, fat replacement into the tear trough, and surgery in an AAAHC-accredited suite (source, source).
Galleries: the practice shows upper blepharoplasty (13 patients), lower blepharoplasty (31) and brow lift (14) galleries (upper, lower, brow lift). The case pages do not name the operating surgeon.
Other procedures
His pricing page also lists deep plane facelift with deep neck lift, deep neck lift, chin implant, lip lift, buccal fat reduction, earlobe repair, breast augmentation, lift, reduction and revision, gynecomastia surgery, and body procedures (source).
