Eyelid surgery work
- Her bio page lists the treatments she provides: arm lift, breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, breast revision, labiaplasty, liposuction, male breast reduction, mommy makeover, Motiva implants, thigh lift, tummy tuck, upper body lift and AlloClae. Eyelid surgery and brow lift are not on that list.
- Group eyelid page. The group's surgeons perform blepharoplasty in Baton Rouge, Covington, Slidell, Lafayette and Metairie. Surgery is done as an outpatient at the on-site Baton Rouge surgery center under local anesthetic with an oral sedative. Upper lid incisions sit in the natural crease. Lower lid incisions are placed inside the lid (transconjunctival) and closed with dissolvable sutures (source).
- The page includes a table comparing concerns treated by eyelid surgery with those treated by a brow lift.
- Group brow lift page. Two to three small incisions in the hairline, under local or general anesthesia as an outpatient (source).
Gallery: the group's eyelid surgery gallery credits its cases to Dr. Jonathan Weiler, Dr. Daniel Womac, Dr. Bennett Fontenot and Dr. Mary Ghere. No eyelid case on the site is credited to Dr. Hogan.
Insurance and cost
The eyelid page states that cost depends on the lids treated, the surgeon, the anesthetic and the practice location, and that a detailed price quote follows the consultation. The group offers financing. The site states nothing about insurance or Medicare coverage for eyelid surgery and publishes no prices.
