Eyelid surgery work
- Upper eyelid lift. Done in the Tysons Corner clinic under local anesthesia while the patient is awake, in about 45 minutes. Excess skin and fat are removed conservatively and the incision is closed in the natural crease.
- Lower blepharoplasty. Three approaches:
- Scarless: an incision inside the lower eyelid to remove or reposition fat when skin quality is good.
- Skin pinch: a conservative tightening, in select cases under local anesthesia.
- Fat grafting restores volume between lid and cheek; nanofat is used for skin quality and discoloration. A canthopexy may be added when the lower lid is lax.
- Operating times: 45 minutes for upper lids, 1-1.5 hours for lower lids, 2-3 hours for both.
- She performs blepharoplasty in her private surgical facility, Harmony Surgery Center in Tysons Corner, opened in 2026.
- Double eyelid surgery. Creates an upper eyelid crease, with no-incision sutures for some patients or an incision for others (source).
- Temple lift (brow lift). Small incisions in the hairline lift the outer brow and temple (source).
