Eyelid surgery work
- Blepharoplasty. Upper-eyelid incision hidden in the natural skin crease above the lashes. For lower eyelids the page describes two incision options, inside or outside the lower eyelid just under the lash line; Dr. Papillion states he typically prefers the outer incision because it lets him tighten skin as well as address the fat pocket, versus the inner incision which can only address fat pockets. Performed as an outpatient procedure under local anesthesia and sedation, usually taking one to three hours; when both upper and lower lids are treated, the upper lids are done first (source).
- Brow lift. Endoscopic brow lift page states patients seeking upper blepharoplasty sometimes actually need brow repositioning instead (source).
Other procedures
The practice also offers breast procedures (augmentation, lift, reduction, implant revision), body procedures (tummy tuck, BBL, liposuction, arm lift, mommy makeover, labiaplasty), other facial procedures (rhinoplasty, facelift, neck lift, chin augmentation, ear surgery, lip lift/augmentation) and non-surgical treatments (filler, neurotoxins, microneedling, chemical peels, PRP), per the site's main procedure menu.
Insurance and cost
No insurance or Medicare statement for eyelid surgery is published. The site publishes price ranges: blepharoplasty $3,500-$8,500; brow lift $5,800-$7,800 (listed as "Quick facts" on each procedure page).
