Eyelid surgery work

  • Upper and lower blepharoplasty. The surgeon makes an external incision in the fold of the upper lid, an internal incision in the lower lid, or both, then removes fat and skin. Internal sutures tighten the eye muscles in cases of severe ptosis (blepharoplasty).
  • Functional blepharoplasty for dermatochalasis (severely drooping upper eyelids) to increase the field of vision.
  • Double eyelid surgery. East Asian blepharoplasty builds a crease with stitches attaching skin to the muscle layer; epicanthoplasty can be done at the same time.
  • Surgery is done under local anesthetic, usually with oral sedation, and typically lasts about 45 minutes.
  • Brow lift to reduce forehead and frown lines and raise brows hooding the upper eyelids (source).

Galleries: blepharoplasty, 6 cases (source); brow lift, 5 cases (source). Gallery cases do not name the operating surgeon. His bio page also points to his own Instagram and TikTok for his before-and-after photos.

Other procedures

His bio lists breast augmentation, breast reduction, facial cosmetic surgery, breast cancer reconstruction, skin cancer removal and reconstruction, and body contouring (source). The practice also offers facelift, rhinoplasty, injectables and laser treatments.

Insurance and cost

  • "If loose skin is limiting your sight, your insurance might pay for part of your eyelid lift." A diagnosis from an ophthalmologist or optometrist is typically required (blepharoplasty).
  • Cost varies with upper, lower or both lids and is estimated at consultation. Financing through Cherry, CareCredit and Alphaeon Credit (source).
  • The site publishes no eyelid surgery prices.
