Eyelid surgery work
The practice's page describes blepharoplasty addressing excess skin and fat in the upper and/or lower eyelids. The upper-lid incision is hidden in the eyelid crease, with any lateral extension hidden in crow's feet. Two lower-lid approaches are described: an incision just under the lower lashes, or transconjunctival blepharoplasty, with incisions from inside the lower lid avoiding an external scar (eyelid lift).
The practice's gallery for Eyelids shows multiple before/after patient image sets (eyelid gallery). The eyelid and brow-lift pages are shared practice pages rather than Hazboun-specific, though the eyelid page names him as the surgeon who develops the treatment plan; the practice has a second surgeon, Dr. Pferdehirt.
Other procedures
The practice offers facelift, rhinoplasty, neck lift, brow lift, chin implant, ear surgery, breast procedures, body contouring, hair restoration, and non-surgical treatments (Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Radiesse, Restylane, Kybella, microneedling, IPL) (source).
Insurance and cost
The practice site has no specific statement about Medicare or insurance coverage for eyelid surgery; the eyelid page states costs, financing, and insurance are discussed during the first consultation. No eyelid-surgery price is published.
