Eyelid surgery work
- Upper blepharoplasty. Incisions are placed in the natural creases of the upper lids. Through them Dr. Craft removes or re-adjusts fat, removes excess skin and tightens the muscles, then closes with sutures (source).
- Lower blepharoplasty. Incisions are made inside the lower lid or below the lash line. The page states no excess skin is removed from the lower lids and fat may be transferred to add volume.
- The procedure is done under local anesthesia with mild sedation or under general anesthesia and takes one to two hours. Upper and lower lids can be treated in the same operation, and patients go home a few hours later.
- A staged croton oil peel is offered for the eyelids alone or with surgery.
- Brow lift. Three approaches are described: coronal (scalp incision from ear to ear), temporal (incisions at the temples, often paired with blepharoplasty) and endoscopic (small incisions along the hairline with a camera) (source).
Gallery: the eyelid surgery gallery holds 8 before-and-after cases (source). The site has no brow lift gallery and no page for ptosis repair, double eyelid surgery, canthoplasty or revision eyelid surgery.
Other procedures
The site lists facelift, deep plane and revision facelift, neck lift, ear surgery, lip lift, Mohs and skin cancer reconstruction, breast and body surgery, gender-affirming top surgery, and injectable, laser and skin treatments (drcraft.com).
Insurance and cost
- Eyelid surgery: "ranging from approximately $6,000 to $10,000, depending on your specific goals and concerns," with a personal quote after consultation (source).
- Brow lift: "typically ranges from approximately $7,000 to $10,000"; the quote covers facility, anesthesia and surgeon fees (source).
