Eyelid surgery work
The eyelid lift page names Dr. Willis as the surgeon.
- Upper eyelid surgery. An incision along the natural crease lets Dr. Willis reposition and remove fat, remove excess skin and tighten underlying muscle. The page states upper eyelid surgery takes 45 minutes to 1.5 hours on average.
- Lower eyelid surgery. An incision inside the lower eyelid or just below the lash line allows fat repositioning and removal.
- Surgery is outpatient, under IV sedation or general anesthesia.
- The page lists dry eyes as the main risk and ectropion as a low risk for the lower lids.
The brow lift page describes four techniques: endoscopic (short incisions behind the hairline with a camera), limited incision (above each temple), classic or coronal (ear to ear behind the hairline) and direct (skin removed just above the brow). It notes that brow lift and blepharoplasty are often performed together.
The blepharoplasty gallery shows before-and-after patient cases over two pages.
Other procedures
Dr. Willis's profile names cosmetic surgery of the breast, body and face, with a focus on mommy makeovers, breast augmentation and body contouring. The site also offers facelift, neck lift, rhinoplasty, lip lift, facial fat grafting and a med spa.
Insurance and cost
- The brow lift page states: "Insurance will not pay for a brow lift, as this is considered a cosmetic procedure."
- The site publishes no prices. The FAQ page lists CareCredit financing.
Recovery
- Back to work: most people return after 10 to 14 days, depending on the job (eyelid lift).
- Swelling and bruising: expected; cold compresses, head elevation and arnica help.
- Results: visible as swelling subsides, more apparent around one week.
- Sleeping on the back reduces swelling more than sleeping on the side.
