Eyelid surgery work
The blepharoplasty page (blepharoplasty) describes:
- Upper blepharoplasty. Removes excess skin and fat that weigh down the eyelids; can reduce visual obstruction caused by sagging tissue.
- Lower blepharoplasty. Addresses under-eye bags, skin laxity and age-related fat changes; may include subtle fat repositioning or eyelid tightening to support the lower lid's shape.
- The page notes a brow lift or forehead lift may be recommended in combination when sagging eyebrows contribute to heaviness around the eyes.
Other procedures
The site also offers facelift, rhinoplasty, otoplasty, earlobe repair, forehead lift, reconstructive face procedures, body and breast surgery, and non-surgical treatments.
Insurance and cost
The blepharoplasty page states that when drooping upper eyelids interfere with the visual field, a portion of the procedure may be eligible for insurance coverage, and the practice will guide patients through documentation. No price figures are published.
Recovery, per the blepharoplasty page: early healing may include swelling, bruising, dryness and mild irritation at the incision sites; most patients return to normal routines relatively quickly, with final refinement continuing as tissues settle.
