Eyelid surgery work
- Upper blepharoplasty removes excess skin and fat through an incision in the natural eyelid crease.
- Lower blepharoplasty uses a transconjunctival approach for fat bags without excess skin, or a transcutaneous approach below the lash line when skin needs removal.
- Four-lid blepharoplasty combines upper and lower surgery in one session.
- Asian blepharoplasty creates or enhances the supratarsal crease.
- In Asian patients without a crease, the existing anatomy is kept unless the patient chooses otherwise.
- The page cites his 2017 paper in The American Journal of Cosmetic Surgery: 367 consecutive patients and 456 procedures (203 upper, 75 lower, 89 combined), nearly all under oral sedation and local anesthesia. The paper reports a 2.5% complication incidence and revision rates of 3% (upper) and 1.8% (lower).
- Protocol steps: dry-eye screening first, with about 2 mm less skin removed in dry eyes; a lateral canthopexy for a weak lower lid found on the snap test; lower lid fat transposition into the tear trough.
- Upper eyelid surgery can be done under local anesthesia with IV sedation for suitable candidates.
- Brow lift. Four techniques: endoscopic (3-5 short incisions behind the hairline), coronal, temporal and pretrichial (hairline). Fixation uses absorbable Endotine devices, sutures or bone tunnels (brow lift).
Gallery: 17 eyelid patient cases, labeled upper, lower, or upper and lower blepharoplasty (source). The site has no brow lift gallery.

The site lists facelift, neck lift, rhinoplasty, facial implants, fat grafting, lip lift, buccal fat removal, otoplasty, breast and body procedures, facial feminization and gender surgery, and med spa treatments (source).

- Upper blepharoplasty: starting at $4,500. Lower-lid and four-lid pricing is quoted after consultation. The listed fee covers surgeon, anesthesia, facility, supplies and follow-up visits.
- The eyelid page advertises $500 off upper eyelid surgery.
- Brow lift: $5,000 starting price (brow lift).
- CareCredit and Alphaeon Credit financing are available.
