- Forehead/brow lift for droopy upper eyelids. The page describes an endoscopic lift through several small incisions above the hairline, where Dr. Russo lifts and anchors the forehead tissue to reduce crowding of the upper eyelids, and a hairline brow lift that removes skin at the top of the forehead without pulling the hairline back (forehead/brow lift).
