Eyelid surgery work
The eyelid enhancement page describes:
- Upper blepharoplasty. Incisions are placed in the natural arch and crease of the upper eyelid; skin, muscle and fat may be removed.
- Lower blepharoplasty. The technique depends on whether there is loose skin and muscle or only prominent fat. Incisions go under the lower lashes or on the underside of the lower eyelid, which leaves no visible scar. Fat is contoured by excision or redraping, the muscular sling around the eye may be tightened, and excess skin is removed conservatively.
- Eyelid surgery can be combined with a facelift.
The brow lift page describes two procedures: an endoscopic brow lift with incisions in the hairline, and a direct brow lift with the incision just above the eyebrows or in the upper lid crease. The direct approach is generally done with an upper blepharoplasty. Brow lift patients usually take 3 to 5 days off work.

- Asian blepharoplasty: 1 case.
The site has no brow lift gallery and no page for ptosis repair, canthoplasty or revision eyelid surgery.
Other procedures
The site lists facelift, minimal-incision neck lift, nose surgery, otoplasty, chin augmentation and lip enhancement, breast and body surgery, and non-surgical skin treatments such as IPL and fractional laser (source).
Insurance and cost
- "Some patients may qualify to have their eyelid lift covered by insurance if the sagging skin is obscuring their vision" (eyelid page).
- The practice publishes no price of its own. A blog post on blepharoplasty cost cites an American Society of Plastic Surgeons average of $4120 and says an accurate estimate requires a consultation.
- Financing programs are available through the practice's cosmetic coordinator (financing).
Recovery
From the eyelid page:
- Time off work: 3 to 5 days; return to work after the first week.
- Bruising and swelling: most patients can cover remaining bruising with makeup after the first week.
- Results: noticeable within three to six weeks as swelling fades; final results around 6 to 12 months.
- Exercise: normal fitness routine after 4 to 6 weeks, per Dr. Brenman's advice.
