Eyelid surgery work
- Eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty). The page treats upper and lower blepharoplasty as two separate procedures that can be done alone or together. It is an outpatient surgery under local anesthesia, sedation or general anesthesia (source).
- Upper eyelid. A small incision is hidden in the natural eyelid crease to address excess skin or fat protrusion. The page states removing hanging upper lid skin can improve the field of vision.
- Lower eyelid. The incision is inside the eyelid or on the lower lash line, chosen by the degree of fat protrusion, skin redundancy and laxity. A blog post describes lower blepharoplasty as removing excess fat and lax skin and tightening the remaining skin (source).
- Combined with brow lift. The eyelid page states a brow lift can further raise the upper eyelids for patients with significant sagging.
- Non-surgical options. BOTOX Cosmetic for crow's feet and fillers for hollow tear troughs are listed as alternatives.

Other procedures
Brow lift is performed under sedation or general anesthesia through small hidden incisions in the hairline or near the temples; the page describes an endoscopic technique and states results last an average of 10 to 15 years (source). The site also lists facelift and necklift, rhinoplasty, facial implants, otoplasty, earlobe repair, fat grafting, mole and lesion removal, reconstruction after Mohs skin cancer surgery, injectables and laser resurfacing (surgical).
Insurance and cost
The eyelid and brow lift pages publish no prices and make no statement about insurance or Medicare coverage.

- Makeup: after day 10, or 10 to 14 days per the FAQ.
- Contact lenses: after two weeks in the recovery section; about 10 days in the FAQ.
- Back to work: one to two weeks. Out-of-town patients are asked to stay in the region for checks during that time.
- Results: often last 10 to 15 years.
