Eyelid surgery work
- Upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Surgery to remove excess skin and fat from the upper eyelids.
- Lower eyelid blepharoplasty. Surgery to remove or reposition fat and excess skin from the lower eyelids for under-eye bags and sagging.
- Medical upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Removes redundant upper lid skin that obstructs peripheral vision.
- Eyelid ptosis repair. Lifts the drooping eyelid muscle to clear the field of view. The home page also lists cosmetic ptosis repair (source).
- Endoscopic forehead lift. Small incisions and an endoscope are used to lift the forehead and brow. A separate brow ptosis procedure lifts and repositions brows that block vision.
- Eyelid malposition repair. Corrects entropion and ectropion; the home page also lists eyelid retraction.
- Skin cancer removal and reconstruction. Eyelid reconstruction, often after Mohs surgery.
- Mid-face lift and fat grafting. Fat grafting areas include the under-eye area, cheeks and temples.
The site has no before-and-after gallery and no separate procedure pages; all procedures are described on one services page. The site has no page for double eyelid surgery or canthoplasty.
Other procedures
The practice treats tear drainage system disorders and orbital tumors and trauma. Non-surgical services include Sofwave ultrasound, UltraClear laser resurfacing, PDO threads, fillers, botulinum toxin injections, Sculptra, Kybella, chemical peels and Latisse (source).

- Upper eyelid skin that obstructs peripheral vision "may be classified as a medical diagnosis." Patients can receive a Visual Field test from EvergreenOPS to qualify for insurance coverage, or may need a referral from their doctor (source).
- Brow ptosis can be classified as a medical condition when drooping brows obstruct the field of vision.
- The site publishes no prices.
